It works differently for each individual, depending on your specific goals and the package you choose to purchase. Whether your sessions are conducted in person, via video, or if you are following a plan independently on your own, the responsibility for your results ultimately lies with you. You only get out what you put in.

If you commit to doing the work, you will see meaningful progress. Please feel free to communicate openly with me—if we need to adjust the plan, we absolutely will, making it either more challenging or easier as needed. Your fitness journey is entirely on your terms, and I am here solely to support and guide you along the way!

  • I’m currently located in Alabaster, AL, and I have a limited number of in-person training spots available for those who prefer direct, face-to-face coaching.
